We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Analyst and Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics CRM 365 platform.
  • Customize and extend CRM Dynamics 365 applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Implement integrations with other systems and third-party applications using APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Dynamics 365 applications.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum of [5] years of experience in CRM Dynamics 365 functional analysis, development, and design.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including configuration, customization, and extension capabilities.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud-based development.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
